Reception and Rooms

The reception is on the 1st floor of the main building. It is open Monday–Friday: 8 am–4.30 pm.

Days before bank holidays, e.g. Friday 1 November before All Saints Day, we are open until 1 pm.

Campus card

When you are student at Campus Gotland you need to obtain an access card. You will need it in order to use our computer rooms or if you wish to enter Campus Gotland outside office hours.

Printing and copying

You can also use your access card to print documents on one of the campus printers. For more information about printers, printing and prices, click here.

Storage lockers

Behind reception there are storage lockers that you can use during daytime. It’s first come, first serve and don’t forget to bring your own padlock. And remember to empty your locker at the end of the day.

Information about account details

If you are a new student, you will have been notified about needing an UU account via the Student portal. You can also obtain an account via Help desk on Campus Gotland. You will find it on the 4th floor of Building E.


The reception also sells office stationary such as notebooks and pens. Near reception there is a TV monitor that shows the schedule for the day’s classes on Campus Gotland.

There are three computer rooms: B36 in Building B and E41 and E46 in Building E. If you have a laptop or wish to connect up your mobile or tablet you may be interested in reading about the wireless network eduroam and about the settings.

Eduroam allows students and employees at the University to have free access to wireless network.
